3rd & 5th Degree Black Belt Grading Success
Chief Instructor Mr Jason Rogers along with daughter/student Abbi Evans-Keeling travelled to Crawley on Sunday 29th September 2019 to take their gradings under Pioneer Grand Master Kong Young IL 9th Degree - First Generation TaeKwon-Do, this was such a privilege and honour for us both to have the opportunity to meet and grade under PGM Kong Young IL.

The day was a very long intensive and physical day from 8am to 5pm (Grading & Seminar) both Elite TKD Chief Instructor Mr Jason Rogers and Abbi Evans-Keeling were successful and were both promoted by Pioneer Grand Master Kong Young iL 9th Degree.

Mr Jason Rogers said it was such an honour and a privilege for myself & daughter Abbi having successfully passed our gradings together under PGM Kong Young iL 9th Degree, seeing Abbi as the only junior on the grading floor perform all grading requirements as per adults including breaking... Very PROUD 👊
Brief History
Pioneer Grand Master: Kong Young iL 9th Degree
Pioneer Grandmaster Kong Young iL, was in the Republic of Korea Army from 1964 to 1968 where he was the Taekwon-Do All Star Team Captain.
During those years, he was also the first Master Instructor to Introduce TaeKwon-Do to the 8th US Army in Korea.
During 1963 to 1980, Grandmaster Kong travelled around the world with our Founder General Choi Hong Hi, as a selected member of an International Taekwon-Do demonstration team.
He visited 127 countries performing demonstrations to introduce Taekwon-Do Martial Art to the world. After each demonstration there was an open invitation/challenge to fight any demonstration team member Grandmaster Kong fought martial artists of all kinds in 127 countries and never lost a fight
